New Project

I finally have a project to see me through to the end of my degree. I am going to produce a magazine for proper football fans. Something that will mean very little to people who have little or no interest in the sport. I know that this is a similar direction to my earlier sneaker magazine, but I intend to also produce some other work that will give my portfolio a nice range. Ultimately i'd love to get a job in editorial design when I leave, and so I think another magazine will be a good idea, even though it is to a niche market again. I hope to fill it with articles, and make it a heavily text based magazine, something in line with the newly launched Monocle. It should be fun researching - football and trainers, this year could have been worse.

Website...finally

I have finally managed to make and publish my own website. Still have to add the finishing touches, but it has examples of a range of work. Hopefully i'll be able to add the rest soon.

Job Hunting

Having finished the first semester last week, and practically finished my dissertation, I have now turned my attention to trying to find myself a job. I presume that it must be the same for all design students at this time of the year, and I guess it could be quite a frustrating time for design agencies, with the continuous applications. I was wondering if there were any agencies that may want to offer some advice, maybe even jobs, internships?
